A Clematis Tip

If in doubt whether to prune clematis or not - do nothing. That's what Mother Nature does. These clematis are species or hybrids thereof - and there certainly was not a soul in the wilds to thoughtfully prune these plants when these evolved. Gardening after all, is just common sense.
