A Clematis Tip
If in doubt whether to prune clematis or not - do nothing. That's what Mother Nature does. These clematis are species or hybrids thereof - and there certainly was not a soul in the wilds to thoughtfully prune these plants when these evolved. Gardening after all, is just common sense.Small Flowered Clematis
This is our fifth year of offering these and they have been immensely popular and a wonderful combination and companion for the roses.

One of my favorites of the very vigorous clematis and a terrific performer. Yellow nodding flowers all season against dense green foliage/growth. Blossoms are followed by 'puffy' seed heads which persist through the winter and are much prized by birds for their nests in the spring. |
