Sandwiches - served on Borealis bread, some sandwiches only randomly available (sandwiches $6.50 - $7.00 with a few higher)
Panini grilled
- Aged Quebec cheddar and pesto
- Maine smoked ham, with aged cheddar and grainy Dijon mustard
- The Bev: Tuna, artichokes, tapenade & gruyere
- Surfer Sandwich: Smoked turkey, Spruce Mountain wild blueberry chutney, wild arugula and gruyère
- Smoked salmon, cream cheese, roasted red onions & fresh dill
- The Reuben Fletcher: corned beef and gruyere with horseradish and our own sweet cole slaw
- The Blat: El Romeral Spanish sheep's milk cheese infused with rosemary and combined with Blatjang (an African condiment with apricots and figs)
Not grilled (but on panini toast)
- North Creek BLTP
- Fresh Maine crabmeat salad sandwich (only available on weekends for the winter) (7.50)
Pie - slice (4.50) changes daily
Cookies - peanut butter, oatmeal, chocolate obsession (1.75)
Scones - usually wild blueberry, sometimes something else (2.75)
Gelato and Sorbetto from Gelato Fiasco of Brunswick - 3.00 cone or cup, 5.50 pint and 11.00 quart
And begining last fall and only off-season - Labor Day until Memorial Day
Farm Breakfast/Brunch
every Sunday 10:00am -1:00pm featuring:
- The best coffee in town, legendary cocoa, etc.
- Scones, and various weekly specials of baked breakfast goodies
- Local bacon or smoked salmon
- Heavenly soft scrambled eggs - all local and organic
- Panini gf biscuit with local ham and aged cheddar
And last but not least, a weekly Sunday special such as:
- Strawmat potatoes with crème fraiche and apple sauce
- Various frittatae
- Downeast hash
- etc.
All in a cozy friendly winter atmosphere - "sounds like a hive of bees here on winter Sundays"
